Our holiday flats are situated on a 2,400 sqm plot in Utting-Holzhausen on Lake Ammersee and meet high standards in terms of material quality, design, functionality and comfort.

The equipment of all flats with modern entertainment electronics, contemporary kitchen technology and designer bathrooms create a pleasant living comfort. The glass facades make the flats look beautiful in all seasons – summer and winter.

Independent check-in with key box is available upon request. A deposit of €150 and final cleaning of €100 is payable in cash on arrival, utilities included.
